Bear in mind if you are using my pics for reference, I have flares which stick out wider. Something to consider if u don't have flares.

I added them on later; not from the dealer... got them from:
http://www.tomkinsonbmwparts.com/

A lot cheaper there.

Dude! I LOVE your wheels!! I almost bought them from Yacht before you did, but came to my senses when I thought about the NYC roads I would traverse constantly. I still second-guess myself sometimes, but glad they got into good hands; your vehicle looks hot!

Hey bro, thanks for the love! And you are probably right about the NYC roads. NJ has it's fair share of road hazzards, but it's manageable and I travel these roads every day so I know where every lil pothole is lol.

The wheels are sick, and the car has been sitting in the garage for over a month now because of the hurricane and recent snow storms. I'll bring her out one of these days lol

Great look for your truck, love the color and it's a manageable size to stick with stock set-up.

Hey fellas love the rims alot. The 5 spoke looks great. By the way u running Conti DWS stock sizes. How does it drive? Are these all season tires for you or just the winter setup. I'm switching to same tires this week cause this will be my wife's daily driver and kids too.
I just bought an 11 X5M Carbon Black Metallic last week phipsibear was with me we I purchased it. It's goes well next to my 11 M3 lemans blue

This is my daily driver too so these tires I use throughout the year; too lazy to switch all the time. The ride comfort is greatly increased after I replaced RFT's. While my original RFT's weren't that bad and bearable when I rode the vehicle by myself, when passengers got in or I had other loads added, the ride becomes annoying over some NYC roads. While there is a slight trade-off in performance due to the less stiff sidewalls but I can still corner the vehicle fast and well worth the exchange for comfort. The softer sidewalls is what gives me my luxury car feel again when I turn the EDC off, quiet and comfortable but I mainly ride with the EDC on for more aggressive driving. There was an added benefit when I changed out my original setup (factory style 299) with the new wheel package was that it was a lighter package. Both wheel and tires were lighter which was noticeably (to me) felt at the starting line.

As for snow, the only experience i had with it was the snow storm we had two days after Sandy and it performed as advertised; I actually drove during the snowfall that evening. Overall I am very happy with these tires.

Check out these pages for tire review & comparisons done by Tire Rack:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...y.jsp?ttid=165 - for DW review
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...y.jsp?ttid=167 - for S review

Make sure u catch the videos. Hope this helps.
