Chicago performance shops?

Anyone from the Chicago area know of any trustable / reputable places to go for BMW performance parts or tuning? Interested in possibly tuning my X5M but don't want to go the laptop route.

Here you go! Not right in Chicago, but I think if you do your research on their shop and their reputation, you will find the drive will be worth it.

Not sure exactly which one I'm looking to get... Seems many have had good things to say about most of the tunes available... Any suggestions?

I went with the BMS jb unit. I'll have it in this week, I was going to go with AA but I don't want to void the warranty. Laurel BMW has been dicks lately about mods on my cars. This one is too expensive to repair out of warranty which is why I went with the JB.

Where in Chicagoland do you live around? I'm in burr ridge.

I'm in Huntley. I'm at 25k miles & definitely do not want to void my warranty either plus I'm new to the M series world, upgrading from a basic E70. Any help would be so greatly appreciated! At first I was looking to add a Vorsteiner CF ront lip and now not sure it's worth all the $$$.

I'll post a review of the BMS JB after its on. I know they make a lot of power on the 335i's plus this was under 500.00 and they claim 25-35 WHP and 40-50TQ for the price you can't go wrong. Plus it takes about 20 min to take off before you go to the dealer and they can't ever tell its there. That's why I went that route.
