Angry Dealer didn't change my oil

Brought my 2016 X6 xDrive50i to the dealer yesterday for the one year service. Only have about 5000 miles. It was due for an oil change based on the 12 month interval. It was there for the day. When I got home, I checked under the hood to be sure there were no oil stains and everything was in place. Found that the oil cap and the oil filter cap were still covered with dust and obviously had not been disturbed. What do I do now? Any suggestions?

I'd start by going down there. Start by simply asking what's involved in a 1 yr inspection. If they mention an oil change, bring them out to see the oil cap.

That oughta be fun...
