Tpms question

I bought a new set of rims looking to get tpms for them. My e70 is 2012. Found a set of tpms on Ebay part# 36106790054, says that they are compatible with my x5. Real oem part # for tpms are 36106856227 and 36106874729. On ebay those parts numbers both replacement numbers. Pic attached just wondering if anyone has bought these ?

If I remember correctly the communication frequency changed in 09/2010 and the 36106874829 should fit the 2012.
I have a 2012 as well and bought these on Amazon. They have the same OEM part number and work for me
