E70 Active Steering Wheel malfunction

I have a problem with my father car after he drive with front tire with low pressure,active steering is not working now,i try to calibrate but it says: The SLZ has lost his multi-turn value and is now reset by steering from lock to lock.
Any ideeas?

Turn the wheel from lock to lock, from completely one side, then to the other. That should reset it.

Doesn't work,i tried this,they dissapear and at first turn they appear again,now is not working anymore

How is the battery in the car? Does it have a good charge?

I was thinking faulty alternator because 2 days ago ,when i check charging voltage was 13.8/14, yesterday was 14.3/14.2 and i will check today also,i want to check also wires from alternator,until now 2 days i never have under 14.2 charging and i verify the car every week

Good place to look, when the batteries get low in these cars, all sorts of odd things happen! Keep us posted and good luck

i changed the charging regulator and clear slz and all problems have gone
