New X5 question
Hi,
I'm loving my new X5 50i---everything about it, but I have a question which I hope doesn't sound dumb. When I take my foot from the gas, rolling to a stop, it feels as if the brakes are being applied and it's not just rolling to a stop as I would expect! It sounds like nothing, but it makes a difference in that I'll have to apply more gas to get to the corner, etc. This may just be something to get used to with the BMW (my first) but I'm curious if there's a reason. It might be a problem for servicing, but I don't want to waste the time if it's normal. Anyone help a newbie? Thanks. |

Not sure what the answer is but I can say my 07 does this as well. Doesn't coast very well at all. Feels almost like regenerative braking which this vehicle doesn't have?
