Changing My Base Rocker Panels to Running Boards

I've got a 2014 X6 xDrive 50i. Swapping out the factory rocker panels with the factory metal topped running boards. I ordered them from the BMW dealership today. They'll be here in a few days. Any special tools or knowledge I'll need for swapping these out?

The old ones required you put silicone around certain bolts, the new kit comes with bolts that have the blue silicone already so it's a direct bolt up.

You'll need to remove part of the rear wheel arch moldings but the fronts can stay on.
