dealer told me I can't build this car... help

I want to get the "20" Light alloy Y-Spoke wheels style 336-with performance run-flat tires" with paying anything, BMW site let me build it, then why not I can't get it... I just place the order last week, I hope i can still make change... help anyone or dealers... |
