Lease Assumption: 2011 X6 35i– Alpine White/Saddle Brown - $799/month – MSRP of $71k+
I just wanted to put a feeler out to see if anyone is interested in assuming my X6 lease. Monthly Payment: $799.99 Taxes: When I signed the lease I paid all of the necessary NY sales tax upfront. I am not sure if the future lessee get to benefit from that though. Depending on the laws in your state you may have to pay sales taxes on the remaining lease payments. Money Due to me upfront: $6,400 (due to Multiple Security Deposits). *** YOU WILL GET ALL OF THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK AT THE END OF THE LEASE. *** This amount is the total of 8 security deposits ($800 each). One was required by BMW FS because it was my first time leasing a car through them. I made the other seven so I could reduce the money factor (interest rate) on the lease by 0.0049. BMW Fees: $500 BMW Financial Services Lease Transfer Fee ($400 of which is refunded if you don’t get approved) Location: Westchester County, New York Contract Start Date: 7/28/2010 Contract End Date: 7/28/2013 (36 month lease) Original MSRP: $71,225.00 Residual: $43,447.25 Current Mileage: <24,000 Total Allowed Mileage: 45,000 (15,000 per year) Remaining Monthly Payments: 16 Remaining Mileage per Month: 1,300+ Current Payoff Quote: $57,406.57 (through 04/25/2012) Current KBB Values (as of 01/03/2012): Private Party: $57,840 (excellent); $56,540 (good) Trade In: $55,500 (excellent); $54,500 (good) Additional Information: Condition: The car is in great condition overall! There are no dings or scratches on the body. The only minor cosmetic damage are a few inevitable rock chips on the front bumper. Accident: The car was in a minor accident in March of 2011. I was rear ended by a 2010 Nissan Sentra at slow speed while stopped at a red light. The only damage to the X6 was the rear bumper cover which was replaced by a BMW certified body shop (the service department at my dealership handled the repair). Total cost was around $1,600 and I have the invoices to show the work that was performed. Here is a picture of the original damage: Pictures: It is pretty cold in NY, but I will try to get the car washed and take some new/current pictures soon. In the meantime, here are some pictures from and directly after my Performance Center Delivery: Detailed Specifications: 2011 X6 xDrive35i Alpine White Saddle Brown Nevada Leather Dark Bamboo Wood Trim Cold Weather Package Heated front seatsPremium Package Universal garage-door openerPremium Sound Package iPod and USB adapterSport Package Adaptive DriveTechnology Package Voice-commandRunning boards Automatic high beams Space-saver spare

Hey,
I have a friend who loves my X6 and has expressed his interest in getting one for himself. I think your offer would be a good option for him to consider. Is it possible for you to post or send me a couple of pictures of the repaired damage to the rear bumper? I did see that you put the pic of the bumper with the damage, but i didn't notice any pics of the repairs. Thanks. i mentioned your offer to him, and we both live in Queens, so we are not too far away from you. He is going to take a look at a Spce Grey 2008 X6 50i in LI tomorrow, but I know he really wants a white one.... maybe because mine is black, lol. Not sure. If you prefer to send the pics privately, these e-mail addresses will do.. ryan.bhoorasingh@gmail.com dreadie112@yahoo.com

Just wanted to add some pictures of the rear bumper that were requested. I stopped by a hand wash on my way home from work last night and took these pictures directly afterward.
Please note: the car is currently on my 19" OEM winter wheels/tires. These are not included unless you would like to purchase them from me separately. The OEM 20" Y-Spoke (style 214) wheels and tires are what will be on the car at the time of the lease transfer.

nice car.
as a heads up to anyone that is interested...a lease assumption is not a very difficult process at all. In fact, it is very easy so do not let that deter you. |
