Bluetooth in X5

I need some help. I recently upgraded my phone to a blackberry storm and cannot get it to pair properly with my '08 X5. Every time someone calls all i get is static interference through the system. The phone is paired in my other vehicle.
Does anyone else have this problem? All I can think to do is take it back to BMW and have them look at it, but that is such a pain at my dealer. Please someone help!

Is your phone on THIS LIST of currently approved models?

I see that this is your first post , since this is X6 forum you may not get may answers from X5 owners .
