2006 X5 Navigation Ipod connector etc...

Guys,

Just got my car Sunday and I need to see if I can get some answers to some nav/stereo questions.

1. What Ipod connector to get? I would like as plug and play as posible
2. Can I update the software on the nav? If so how and from whom to get the update?
3. Is there a way to have the display actually use the entire width of the screen so the song names don't get chopped up?
4. My unit has a the Sirius upgrade but the antenna seems to be poor as it looses signals quite often? Can I upgrade this?
5. My Unit has bluettoth as well. I am syncing with my BB right now and the phopne part works but is there a way to play music through bluetooth from the BB?
