suspension upgrade 2011 x5 50i
I have a 2011 x5 50i. I would like to upgrade the suspension to something a bit more sporty. My goal would be to slightly increase spring rate and to reduce body roll. Along the lines of upgraded shocks, springs and/or sway bars.
What's my best plan of action? thanks for any insights and experience. |

about two years ago I picked up a set of used KW v3's I just installed them originally I thought they'd be to stuff (I have two young children) but I got around to it recently and they are very nice. My ride height is spot on and I'm still tuning the rebound got the compression where i want it. I dont know about the cheaper options HR spring and such. I've read in the forums some feel they are two soft...

If going with springs, most here go with H&R. For coilovers, KW V3.
Lots of threads and pics on this topic, trying searching and you'll find some good stuff. |
