You would have to replace the fenders, headlights, and maybe the front bumper. It’s not worth the cost.

While I try not to get too angry at people who put ///M parts on non-M vehicles since I understand the allure of just wanting your car to look cooler, it does bug the heck out of me to see it. There is a e46 325i in my town with an ///M bumper and badge. He actually bought those cheap stick on grills for the stock fenders and put an M badge on those grills...looks terrible. I have seen a full body conversion before with bumpers, fenders, side skirts, etc...it would have been cheaper to just buy the ///M than put all the crap on it and still not have the engine, tranny, diff, and suspension from an actual ///M car.

A whole set including the whole front clip cost 8000 bucks, i would spend that amount of money to make my diesel faster than a actual X5M

Can't you just drill or make a hole to fit the side markers on the non M fenders?

if you really want some x5m style fender go on alibaba search for the PVC one, not the FRP fiber glass one, PVC is easier to fix and lighter than CF.... also headlights I think they make a E70 regular version of X5 for the M fender, make sure you cover your M badge if I saw you I will smoke you XD

It's possible,...but not the way you're thinking,...just change out the fenders to an "M" E70 X5. Then it will be very possible!
