Where did I say that? But yes, according to current information, NSX will destroy anything below P1 and Agera R and those other 500 PS/500kg cars if it weighs under 1600 kg.
"NSX is hypercar" is what you said in the other thread. Everything you are saying is purely speculation and carries no weight what so ever. Time will tell..

Same thing as BMW with their i8. But at least compared to BMW CS Concept, BMW M1 Hommage, and BMW Z4 M, the NSX is coming.

Why point fingers at another brand when the brand in question is Acura? What any other brand does is irrelevant.

Why is that irrelevant? Why is there then a non-BMW relevant section in a BMW forum?

If true, too bad the NSX will be a hypercar. The old one was the everymans supercar. Shame.

Lol, what? The section of the forum is not irrelevant. The irrelevant part is you bringing up what BMW did when some brought up the fact that Acura has been lagging on this car. What does BMWs actions have to do with Acura lagging..

It's like a kid in middle school getting in trouble and saying "but teacher look what the other kid did.."

Exactly, and that is why justice is important: to avoid justification just as I did above (NSX vs. i8).

Lets just say i am super excited that honda/acura is actually making the NSX 2.0. As of right now, i am super pleased at what they've done and showed us so far.

Will it be comparable to hypercars such as P1/La Ferrari (F70), 918? Nope, highly doubt. But in terms of performance and dynamics, i think the NSX 2.0 will be again a champ. Especially for $150k (optioned out probably closer to $200k), it for sure will be the best bang for buck "super"car.

I am biased, i have the NSX 1.0, and have placed the order on the 2.0. So i want it to be good. But i am of course not expecting it to be hypercar good. =)

Lol wow.. So because BMW did it.. It's ok for Acura to do it? Were you that kid in school?

You probably liked that video Lexus made trying to justify why it's better than the 4 series.

Yes, the rich mans hypercar. What can we do that compared to the days of the NSX I, there were less poor people than today?

What does that video have to do? I don't need anyone's opinion to decide for me. I know better than anyone, obviously; My Opinion.

Did I say that? But you are saying it is not ok for Honda to do that, but "it is ok for BMW to do it, because BMW rules and is superior", you know like the US, international rules do not apply for them.

Let's keep this conversation about cars pls

Look forward to seeing the NSX when it comes out..hopefully BMW will produce something more formidable in the interim..i8 with a more aggressive power plant setup like the 918..!

When did I say it's ok for BMW?

Anyways .. This thread got derailed enough.

Blowing up their first proposed design and pretty much re-doing it to get it right and make it a truly special car.

You have lost your mind. The F40 and NSX have so little in common style wise. One is angry and purposeful and one looks sort of like a low rider pickup truck.

I have yet to see an angry Ferrari, most have a stupid smile, like MX-5.

Current ones, but the F40 was as good as it got. The 288GTO was great too, but looked a little too much like Magnum's car.

That MX5 is coming to save your silly Italian car company's proverbial bacon too. Respect.

I have a feeling this NSX will be worth the wait. I personally think it is a beautiful car with incredible tech. Assuming the price is around $150k, I believe it represents a tremendous value.
