Angel eyes left side mulfunctioned!

I swaped my oem halogen angel eyes with LEDs white color brought from ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/H8-LED-WHITE...item3f0f2c4c4e

for more than a year, suddenly its not functioning, first I thought it burned but after I put back the oem halogen bulbs it still didn't work, will try to swap it with the right hand side tommorrow.

If anyone had this problem before please let me know what's the course and how to fix it.

I would not buy lights off of ebay. use someone with a good reputation like :

No it wasn't the fuse checked all 2,19,23,96,110 and 124 they're fine. Swaped between L n R still the same, the left side is dead!

Is better take the car to dealer and have it scanned
