Multiple system melt down

As I was driving my 35d down the freeway my wipers started (could not turn them off), the speedometer went to zero, the fuel effeciency gauge went to max., every warning light came on. I first received a warning message of passenger air bag fault, and then received a warning of chassis stabilization system failure, then these warnign messages alternated every few seconds. Oh, and the turn signals won't cancel after a turn. Dealer still trying to figure out what happened. Anyone else ever have this combination of gremlins all at once? Any thoughts on what happened? Thanks!
