Traction control warning light after new winter tires installed
I recently swapped the run flats from the factory for some pirelli winter tread run flats with indentical specs. After I left the shop my DSC warning light would come on whenever I put my foot on the gas. It's fine up to about 1500 rpm, but if I get into it the car goes into limp mode and the light comes on. Is this normal, based on possible softness of the tire (which I'm having trouble believing), or did the shop most likely mess up a sensor or something else? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I was considering doing the exact same thing, swapping OEM runflats with winter run flats. I wish I could be helpful, but I'm interested in how you resolve this.
Best of luck. |
