Dropping engine/trans as a unit 2011 335 xDrive

I have pulled and installed many engines in cars over the years but always used my hoist. I have been reading a lot about this over the winter and it seems the consensus is to drop the entire subframe/engine/transmission/suspension and pull it out as a whole.

I do not have a lift but my garage ceiling is ~9 ft so I am hoping to raise it enough for clearance using my truck stands or whatever, removing the front bumper etc if need be.

My main question is, what do I drop it onto to roll it out from under the car? Is there a dolly of some sorts I could use?

TIA
