Rear Outer door seal leaks water

I have a nice puzzle.

From the rear door Outer seal, there is comming a lot of water out of the seal when opening the door. (Only on the right side door)

The water comes so far that is even gets over the inner seal and i find small drops above the inner seal, so i could come inside The car.

I allready fixed the inner doorpannel that was come lose, so the water does not come from there.

I did a check on the outer seal for damage, but can’t find one.

Does someone has any idee?

Took the door pannel of today, because i want to figure out the probleem.

1.the inner doorpannel had come lose again, water can get in the car that way. I also noticed ( it’s raining now) that it’s important that that all the pannelclips with seal are present. With the panel removed there was comming water out of one of the lower holes were the clip fits.

2.it looks like that the doorseal to roof lett water pass at the top in the middle, that will reach the first inner weather strip, and drop down. That stripe has small holes in it, that way water can get in the stripe.

I have not found a solution for the Outer seal to seal better yet, the front doors don’t have that problem.
