Little wiring help please

All, long story short, I had to rebuild the engine in my 2011 x5 35I.
When I pulled the engine I had a bunch of other projects going
And I didn't lable any connectors...I know, dumb idea... anyway
I have the engine back in, and I've figured out where all but one
Connector goes. I looked thru 474 wiring diagrams on the BMW TIS
Site and the only thing I can find with those wire colors is the
Back of the power steering pump, but there is no connector
On my power steering pump. The connector is clean so it was
Hooked to something. Can someone please take a look at your
Wiring and point me to where this connector goes. The connector
in question is in the same harness as the ac compressor connector,
It is a 2 wire 90 degree connector. The wires are white with green stripe,
and white with black stripe. The sheathing has a spring type clip on
it to a bracket. The wire naturally lays towards the ac compressor
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does it plug into the compressor? These cars have adaptive compressor loading and there is a connector on the compressor for that.

There is a 4 pin connector that plugs into the compressor, and I have that connected. I do not see another connector on the compressor, but will recheck.. It's really strange, on the TIS the only white/green white/black shows going to the power steering pump, but I have no connector on the power steering pump and I don't have adaptive steering as far as I know of.

This might sound dumb, but I have tried this and it helped me identify where to plug in connectors.
Make sure line isn’t being held or routed incorrectly away from where it naturally lays first. You want any and all available slack from where it leaves or exits the main harnes it connects back to.
Then while pulling the wire move it in a circular motion drawing a large as possible circle using the wire as a radius so to speak. Pay attention to all components the wire could potentially reach. Then inspect that entire area and all components to ensure you didn’t miss a connector point.

Again, this sounds dumb, but forces you to look at any 0lace the connector could reach.

Nope. That doesn't sound dumb. It's exactly what I've done. Great minds think alike. It naturally lays as if it connects to the power steering pump, ac compressor, or high pressure fuel pump. The fuel pump and ac compressor connections are made and correct per the TIS. At this point I have no clue where it goes and may just finish putting it all back together and see if it throws any codes. Unless someone could do me a favor and look at thiers to see where it goes

The connector sounds like the one used for the waste gate actuator solenoid. Not sure but sounds similar.

It's on the drivers side. Comes off the same cable that the ac compressor is on.
