Tire Dealer

I promise NOT to start another tire thread, but this one is on tire dealers. I've concluded that the Conti DWS06 is probably the best to replace my OEM RFTs..I've been checking Tire Rack for sales etc but they seem to be pretty firm with pricing and shipping. I've checked Discount Tire but they don't have the DWS06 listed. Can anyone provide personal experience for other online or bricks & mortar shops (I'm in Tampa area)?? I need 315-35-20 & 275-40-20. Also, is the Green slime/pump kit any better or worse than the Conti one that Tire Rack has??

Thanks

Discount tire does price matching. I am pretty sure you can have Discount Tire order them and install.

I did some research online and bricks/mortar for DWS06. Comes down that that best price, out the door, I could find was...drum roll....Walmart!! Yeah, I know. They had the same prices as Tire rack, but no delivery charge (to the store)..saving about $115. Can someone point out any negatives about buying them from wally world ?? (I will not get them installed there),,

Thanks

But still all good to zip in, pick up the tires, zip out and save a $100. Take the wife out for a nice dinner and she will forget about the grand you just had to spend on new tires.

Supporting a company which makes its money off of abusing its workers and supporting the economy of China. That door ding will cost more than $115 to fix, unless you get keyed or shopping cart dent.
Nope, I'll pay the extra $115 (USD even)
Been to WM one time and it scarred me for life.

Those tires that you buy elsewhere were probably made in China, from their Chinese operations which abuses their workers, therefore you still support China. Everything else you own is probably from China anyway so thanks for supporting China. Look at the USA hundreds of years ago when it was still a developing nation, they didn't have worker's rights, children were working, no safety laws, etc. I guess that is alright because it's the USA and we can't do anything wrong...
