I really don't understand all the vitriol here. If the guy wants to do a "mod" which others consider tasteless, just let him do it. He wouldn't be the first one. Meanwhile, all these critical replies didn't even answer the OP's question. Also, using the term "gay" with a negative connotation, like an 8th grader, only promulgates the general public's opinion, founded or not, that BMW owners are assholes.

It's because such "mods" have pretty much the same negative effect on BMW owners reputation as homophobic slurs.

well ... I left a rude msg simply because I didn't like op's respond to some members. this is a public discussion forum ..if you cant take the heat then don't post.

also please don't be so sensitive about the word gay. I got no problem with sexuality or color. just saying the fake calipers are gay.

calling other people an 8th grader.. what does that make you ? a ninth grader ?? people say bmw owners are asshole because of you and how they drive.

It is a public forum, but he asked a question, not opinions.

Too many douches with too many opinions in here. It does basically reiterate that many BMW owners are assholes. I've seen some god awful mods in here and yet I keep my mouth shut.
