Downpipes on post 04/2011 X5M

So i just went to order my ar designs downpipes from gtb performance, and they contacted me saying that there are fitment issues with the downpipes on any car made after april 2011. Anyone have downpipes on their new X5/X6M?? Thanks.

I was told the same thing by AR design. They say the lower connection on dp is a slip fitting instead of bolting up after 4/11 production date. I have asked other manufactures and they say otherwise. I am not sure what to order. I have akropovic evo system and had no issues, so DP shouldn't be a issue either. I believe DP for 550 are the same and am wondering if the 550 changed but not the x5m or x6m. Any input is appreciated.

I think it's only with AR. Wtf are u thinkin man? Plz do urself a favor and put the akras on that beaut!

AR has a race cat version otherwise I would do akra. Ultimate racing also has a race cat version-can't find any review for either so I am hesitant to order either. I may end up with akra.

Northern2020- what tune are you running? How is the odor from cat delete? How is the sound -in cabin? Thanks
