855 per month for a 50k car? RUN AWAY.
I didnt even do the lease calculations with your numbers but when I got my 335xi a few years back it was about 46k and the lease was 630 per month (with no cap cost deduction).... something doesnt add up... anyone else agree?

Your residual is the BMW Factory rate and your finance charge as quoted appears to be even lower than the BMW factory rate (equivalent to approx. 5.76%) for a 36 month/12k lease on the X5 35d:
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=438355 Nevertheless, I get $828.71 for the monthly payment using your negotiated price and the factory lease rates. Using your money factor, I get $713.56. You can use the lease calculator here to calculate a lease payment when all variables are known. http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm |

When did your lease start? All manufacturers' lease rates have generally become less attractive as a result of tighter commercial credit and increased defaults by lessees. Even comparing lease terms from six months ago is not a true comparable.
