H&R Spring Question(/w or /w out self-level susp

I want to order a set of H&R SPORT lower spring for 09 x5 48i

they have 2 different kinds one /w self-leveling susp and the other /with out self-leveling susp

is self-leveling susp part of optional dynamic handling package or standard feature??

according to this guy, he had some issue with installing H&R springs
