2013 TPMS + 2010 E70; yay or nay?

Quick question for u folks. About to purchase a set of 2013 333 wheels for 2010 X5 (10/09 build date), will the TPMS on the new set of wheels communicate w/ our 2010 car? Just trying to figure it out or will I have to swap out the TPMS from the old rims. TIA

Per the bimmian website... (Not sure how accurate they are)
"Built BEFORE 10/10 order "2007-10/2010" sensor"
"Built ON or AFTER 10/10 order "after 10/2010" sensor"

Appears the split is 10/10.
