ebay 120w LED angel eyes

Has anyone tried these?(url below) I bought a 40w set from ebay and then a set of LUX H8 v3 and they were the same brightness as the 40w set from ebay. the outter ring is always dimmer then the inner. Please give me your feedback.

Honestly, this one looks very promising each bulb has 12 Cree XT-E which known as 5W LED each so 60W per bulb.
And it looks like it has built in Can-bus and capacitor so maybe it doesn't flicker during LCM module test signals.

Yep the inner rings are always dimmer on pre-2010 models before BMW install LED rings

No, the reason for inner ring to be dimmer because it plastic ring sits further out from the bulb compare to the bigger ring. Remember the H8 LED bulb you bought illuminate both rings with a single bulb.

I am not aware any after market headlights with built in LED angel eyes.
The only way is to fully update your headlights to BMW LED headlights (this is a factory option for $1800 available after 2013 model I believe).

or you can ask Igor, I think he did it here but it cost alot:

FYI, my gf's 2012 X6 3.5 I-Drive Sport had pale halogen angel eye lighting. I went with the LUX LED's and I can confirm that the inner ring is definitely bright. Brighter than the outer ring.

A comment about the LUX; For some reason, they bulbs don't rotate a full 1/4 turn into their final position, but rather an 1/8. Both sides, same thing. I contacted them and they stated that it's normal. I was worried they might fall out, but LUX claims they've never ever had such a complaint.

Glad to hear you like this. ON the X6's the lights will not turn in fully and they are designed that way.

As for the original e-bay link, they are probably the same output as any other lights since they all appear to use the same power supply. More LED's is not necessarily better.
