Before I go list my 328i on Craigslist or something, can you guys give me a fair assessment and value for it?

* white 2010 328i sedan 110k miles
* never been in an accident
* no chassis/body damage or cosmetic issues
* bad engine - lots of oil related issues. At the very least will need a valve cover gasket but I'm not taking it somewhere to find out what else. Everytime I did have service, they noticed oil leaking from an unknown location.
* engine runs but isnt safe to drive
* weather strip has failed around the doors; severe mold and mildew damage to the interior
* working electricals - at least prior to the water leakage about two months ago.

With all these issues, I might be paying someone to come take it
