Not that many things out there for our X5M/X6M but
Stopped by European Auto Source ( EAS )
to check out if they got any goodies and found this:

Does it replace the entire paddle unit or a slip on? Price?

i went to the website and it has a video on how to replace the paddles. i think they were going for $150 a set. they had 4 sets to pick from.

Have them in my X5M and love them as well. Also have their pedals and the mperformance wheel to compliment. Really transforms the driving experience for me. You can always check out my journal for pics and what not. Had bmwpedals make the plus and minus blue to match the car and wheel.

i noticed the paddles are no longer on the BMWPedals website. are they all around $150? looks really nice on the truck m3 guy!

You can just email them directly with the address they provide on their site. They responded to my inquiry in less than a day. Great customer service and they can do whatever custom graphic or color scheme you come up with.
