Are you sure it's a 2010? I ran the VIN and it came back as a 2009 BMW X5 XDrive 30i .

I am sorry everyone for the wrong information. This is my sister's car, and she thought it was a 2010.

Not the best start to a new forum.

I looked up KBB on it, and it has it valued at a little over $30k.

Sorry for any inconvenience. I have updated the original post with new price.

Additional info: She is the original owner, non-smoker, and has had all the maintenance done at Irvine BMW.

Not sure about "every package". I don't see sport seats, and you didn't list a third row.
If it has 3rd row let me know, I'm interested.

Yeah in the 2nd Line, I wrote this car has all packages except M Sport package, which would be the sports seats and wheels. This does not have a 3rd row
