wheels offsets

I just purchased a 2005 x5 with the standard 17" rims and I would like to upgrade to a larger size. I would like to know if bmw rims from an e70, 2007 and newer x5's have the same offsets and will fit properly? Thanks in advance, Chris

Also note the difference in hub diameters.
