Question What is this (see pic)

I hope these pictures work. There are some kind of sensor that keeps falling out of the rear fender. I need to know how these re-attach, they have double sided tape on them but is that how they come from the factory?

OK the dealer is stumped even with pictures of the part, my VIN and the part # from this mysterious piece. Can you identify it before the dealer?

Looks like external bluetooth bumper antenna, works with phone cradle in your armrest if installed. Renew the tape and glue it back.

Your dealer is stumped by your vin#?? Usually not a good sign.. Not sure if it's something to worry about or if the dealer is an idiot.

Thanks guys. The dealer still has not figured it out yet. I don't think I'll be visiting my local dealer again.
As far as re-attaching them, now that I know what they are I will just put them back in. The dealer said they MIGHT be stability control modules so I didn't want to just stick them in a random spot.
