Can I run 74.1 mm bore wheels on my rear hubs with a ring spacer without issue?

Yes...plenty on non custom wheels use hub centric rings

Ok, first I've ever heard of this because our trucks run different hub sizes front and rear. Thinking of 612Ms, but not fully committed.

Yes 74 front 72.6 rear. I run 74.1 wheels front and rear w hubrings. Also have run 74.1 to 72.6 15mm adapter spacers w no issues
