This what a spud rod bearing sound like?(x5m)

For those of you that have had a spun rod bearing, is this what it sounds like? In my research someone said they had a similar noise and it was a loose fuel injector, another said they had the same sound after replacing the spark plugs, they went back and re-tighten them and the noise went away.

Anyone from California recommend a shop with experience rebuilding the 1st gen S63 engine?

I'd start by draining the oil and looking for glitter. If you've got a spun bearing you will surely have a bit of metal in that oil. Sounds like a bearing to me, did you check your oil pressure with a scanner?
