2008 X5 codes and how to proceed

Hello all, new to the forum and really could use some help. I bought and 08' X5 3.0 as a project car. Now I am not at all mechanically inclined but I wanted something to keep me out of trouble. Anyways, I have a ton of codes and need to know where to start.

Here is what I have done so far:
New CIS/ECU and matched vin
New brakes all the way around
New parking brake actuator
New EGS

Still plenty of codes. Wanted to post picture but can't so I will type them out.:

EMF d395 - no message from egs control unit

DME/DDE cd99 - message (torque request,EGS,0xb5)incorrect, reciever DME, transmitter EGS

DME/DDE cd9e - message (transmition data 2, 0x1a2) incorrect reciever DME, transmitter EGS/SMG/DCT

DME/DDE cd9d - message (transmition data, 0xba) incorrect, reciever DME, transmitter EGS/HIM/SMG/DCT

VGSG 55c3 - AWD limp-home control activated. No DSC specified nominal torque

VGSG 55d0 - message (steering wheel angle, 0xc4) error, reciever VTG, transmitter DSC

CAS A0B1 - input, selector lever position implausable

GWS e094 - No message from electronic transmission control, reciever gear selector switch, transmitter electronic transmition control/HIM

KOMBI a3aa- no message (transmission data, 0x1d2) reciever KOMBI, transmitter EGS/HIM

I know that's a lot just nee d to know where to go next. Any and all information is appreciated.
