H&R Springs

Can anyone comment on the difference in comfort after throwing on H&R Sport or Super Sport springs? Any others lower their X6's with anything else that they can comment on? I'm debating on springs vs. coilovers. Thanks.

A friend of mine fixed the h&r and he's happy with it but u will feel the difference when u go over speed bumps
