Yes, I'm another Techron fan. The first time I used it on my X5M, I felt the difference it made right away. Now I put a bottle in every few months.

Try Lucas Fuel Treatment, it's petro based and doesn't have the harsh chemicals found in other brands that might destroy your o-rings. Just one tank before every oil change is good. It doesn't make sense to use it weekly as most quality fuel has a bit of cleaning agent in it already.
I haven't used any fuel treatment for any of my BMWs. I just gas at BP/Shell - high volume gas stations. |
