Mechanical Condition:
This X5 just came out of CPO and I had the dealership go through EVERYTHING. New front and rear brakes. New air suspension.
Air bag recalls DONE!
New alignment
Fresh oil change
CCP completed in 2015.
AC blows ice cold air
I've never had a SES light during my ownership
This car has been 100% dealer maintained and serviced.
Runs perfect and is very quick for a SUV- it will give my M3 a run considering I'm at high altitude

Cosmetic Condition:
I am extremely anal about my cars. The paint has always been taken care of with the best polishes and sealants/waxes. One very minor door ding (I can have this fixed) and the normal fender flare pitting are present. The paint is in exceptionally good condition as is the interior.
I have 3 sets of floor mats-OEM Sand Beige, Black M, and Weather Tech
OEM trunk liner.
Wheels are in very good condition. I just had two curb rash repairs completed. Some minor scratches on the wheels.

Mileage:
80,8xx (we use this as a daily, so the miles will go up a bit)

Price: Priced for quick sale for 23k. No low balls. Prefer local sale but I will consider shipping.
