not natively...

u can buy something like SmartView from BimmerTech (I've used that system for awhile and it worked pretty good) it will cost you about $600 +/- and u can add other options like a front camera etc., (u'll need to get the main unit Multimedia Interface ~$350) after u can add options, so if u just looking for MirrorLink add $250 to that!

or you can just upgrade to Avin android unit but in that case u probably won't be needing mirroring as you will be able just use Android for all u apps (navigation I assume), this systems is very easy to install and cost just around $400.
