Noco genius saved me!

Went to start the X5 today and nothing. Dead battery! so i used my handy genius boost and started the vehicle in a snap. This unit sat in my cargo compartment for 6 months and the damn thing was still fully charged. I love this thing! The GB 30 is only 9 inches long and does not take up much room like those large booster packs. By the way i got a new battery at the dealership

Nice!

What I do with the cars parked inside my garage is I always put the trickle charger hooked every after use. I use the lowest setting which not only charges but conditions and maintains the battery.

Even after driving (30+ miles), I park the car, hook it up to the charger - you'd think the alternator should have charged the battery sufficiently at this point, but no, my charger's LCD would show 65%. With winter still in our midst, the cold weather takes a beating on batteries - I think trickle charging your battery even on your DD will save a lot of headaches.
