ummm well am using FAT32 for the format of the memory and MP3 for the music

though i heard WM would work fine ... not so sure

Is there a slot for memory cards in the radio? I canot find it.. Maybe mine is a different model radio set?

it's inside the middle console storage area next to the AUX input

Apparently you need the cable that comes with the premium sound. Just ordered the cable on e-bay for $35. We will see if it works. With the crappy sirius reception I need something else. I am hoping I can load a memory stick and have a couple play lists.

Oh tat slot is for memory stick.... I thought is the aircon vent for center console. Apparantly if i close the rear aircon vent, the cool air is transfered to inside of the center console. Ok will try the slot wif memory stick.

I believe that slot is for the adapter cable, from what I gathered between the manual and the web, the adapter apears to have a wide thin plug on one end, two cable one with usb and one with an audio plug. tha cable come with the premium sound package. Search usb here and you will see some info also. Should have the one I bought on e-bay soon and will add a note when I try it.

I put a memory stick into the usb slot in the center console, and it doesn't work. Have two sony walkman usb sticks that got messed up (cannot transfer mp3's on and off) so I would love to be able to play music from my cell phone on the beamer but don't know if it works. Why the stick sony walkman are such a failure?

I guess the USB comes with premium sound. I am getting the ipod option added, but apparently with the regular sound you can't add the usb to the audio plug in the center console. You can add either a cd or the ipod. Dealer is adding the ipod to make up for the unuseable sirius radio.
