Welcome, it looks sharpe. Sounds like you know what you are in for with the N63 customer care package. The car is a beast and well worth it.

Looks clean now, should be interesting keeping that leather clean with a little one. My son likes to constantly kick the back of the seat or rest his foot on the window ledge, drives me insane but you've got a few more months .

I hope you got Rt. 66 Warranty or something similar. I paid same for my X5 and warranty company declined a $2500 work order. I had to come out of pocket. This was less than 10 days into ownership. I didn't want to risk it anymore so had to trade it in.

I never had any issues but still had the N63 work done, including both HPFP's. Drove the same before the work as it did after.

Ugh! That is why I'll never pay $ for an aftermarket warranty again...did it once and they denied almost everything. Would rather just pay out of pocket and be done with it than deal with those companies.

This one says bumper to bumper. I had a carmax one on my e90 and it did cover everything happened to the car.
The good thing is we can try to blame N63 campaign in any other similar issues.

Yeah I hear Rt. 66, CarMax, CarChex, Fidelity are handful of the ones actually come through.

I had a warranty with a company owned by GM and I should have owned their "deep" pockets will go so far. Company didn't even want to be nice and pay the diagnostic fee. BMW dealer felt bad so knocked off 10% off my bill, which helped a little

It's hit or miss and only a surprise if you don't thoroughly read your warranty. Interesting that the GM warranty denied your issues. I happen to have a warranty though GM extended warranty and here's what they covered(minus $100 deductible for each repair):

Covered:
1) Automatic Tailgate arm replacement ~$1100
2) Front passenger side PDC sensor replacement ~$300
3) 8 Fuel Injectors and Spark Plugs ~$4500

Not Covered (Paid out of pocket):
1) Crankcase valve/hose replacement ~$2000
2) AC Fluid ~$175

For my reference, what repair(s) did they deny?

FRM Module, which excluded from their electronics section. $1250 repair

I forgot what other item was but the item was cracked near the air filter so that needed to be fixed but wasn't a life or death situation so I opted out of it since it was a $1200 repair.

I guess I will have to read everything that will cover or not. Does bumper to bumper means everything will be cover or not?

Even BMW's bumper to bumper doesn't cover everything. It is their "gold" package when it is CPO'd

I'm the 3rd owner on this truck and it was sell as CPO to the previous owner. Also I check with my dealer and the N63 recall was done in April this year.

Good deal but please read the warranty or maybe post up the contract so we can help you. I wasn't trying to scare you or anything as it may have seemed but I should have done a lot more homework on the X5. I was getting annoyed that I couldn't find a nice F10 550i so I just got an X5 instead

Bumper to bumper doesn't mean a thing when it comes to warranties. Look at the exclusions and that will give you a better understanding of what is/isn't covered.

Good. I'm getting all the info from the warranty to post it.

Definitely a very nice looking X5. I like that color combo, and the interior is pretty.

Definitely a fan of the oyster interior color though having owned light colored leather in previous BMWs my only suggestion is to pickup yourself some leatherique cleaning and conditioning products. Did wonders on cleaning my leather and kept it like new with occasional conditioning.
