Just watch one player, they all hold, illegal contact, pass interference and so on every play. It's part of the game but that's why it's so hard to officiate. I also happen to know players that take banned substances, they are called starters.

true..but a what's isn't a catch is a catch the following game/week..

what's called as a hold or illegal contact isn't called the next play.....

it's the inconsistancy...that's the most frustrating and needs to be improved upon somehow...

Agreed they can't even agree how to enforce rules on replay.

shame such a great game had to have the refs muddle things.

that "holding" call at the end in the endzone doesnt get called 80% of the time and the offensive PI call by gronk doesnt get called 90% of the time.

End of the day though, pats couldnt stop the same play that had gashed them earlier in the game and the broncos barely outlasted the pats.

And for those saying you dont have manning and it would have been different, yeah the pats would have won easily. Do you not remember the 2nd half of last season or the entire season up to this point with Manning?

Harper's punt fumble was very costly, especially to him. He's now out of a job. Belichick shows no love for fumblers.

It's a shame Goodell won't adopt that attitude with the zebras.

My niners game was full of garbage officiating, if you cant figure out 2nd or 3rd down then theres no room for you in the NFL

GB vs Detroit. Best finish of the year. Sort of a BS call on DET to extend the game, but Rodgers made the most of it.

Can refs elect to review that? I don't think so. At full speed looked like face mask especially with his chin strap across his face after.

It seems as though the referees in all the games I have watched this year have almost decided the game with bad calls.

The call was more than iffy, it was wrong.

A lot of the calls against the Pats the other night were equally as bad.

The referees should remember they are not what fans come, or tune in, to see!
