oil leak underneath car

Ok I’ve got a small oil leak, there is no puddle of the ground
I’ve cleaned around it and drove it again to see if I can see where the leak is coming from, it towards the back of engine and goes onto the exhaust towards the back
There is no oil leaking from the 2 plugs under the car , one is the oil and not sure what the other one is, one is the Allen key one and other is hex I think , but doesn’t look like it’s coming from them, anyone know what are the common oil leaks on these n57 engines , x5 2011 e70 40d

I don’t know a lot of diesels, but valvecovers like’s to leak a bit after some years.
Mostly the drip on the exhaust, downpipe or cat. that gives smoke and smell whil standing or driving backwards.
