can't get insta d to work

Hi all

downloaded the insta d latest version and installed it ok, I’ve put my vin in and shows me all the info but the tree box isn’t letting me click on it to show faults , using a d kcan cable with a switch on it, not sure where the switch is supposed to be on

This is now what it shows after changing the file to OBD in c drive

changed the settings in ista d

You need to let ISTA read out your car.

Manuel VIN works ok when you want offline info about your car.

Thats my experiance.
