Locking / Unlocking issue in E70

Hi, I own a 2011 X5. A day ago I had to drop my X5 off to the dealer for the HPFP recall. After picking up my car, I noticed I couldn't lock/unlock my car with the keyfob and I even tried using the central lock switch with no luck. The weird part about it is that it will work intermittently once the car has turned over. I figured it's not a fuse issue but I have heard that the central lock switch could be the problem. However the hazard switch works just fine. Have anybody else witnessed a problem like this??:

If you haven't already, you might want to check your battery voltage after it sits overnight. I had weird things start happening when my battery was bad on my M3 a few years ago. Intermittent problems that started with comfort access not working reliably. Might explain why it works after it's been running a little while and the alternator charges the battery.

Well the dealer recently replaced the battery about 2 months ago and the vehicle is daily driven. I do have a battery tender that I can connect it to. It also sat at the dealership for about 4 days. I'll continue to troubleshoot.
