E70 Rockers and Supports (non-running boards)

I currently have the running boards installed on my 35D, but I would like to swap to non-running board side skirts (no steps). If anyone has them and the supports pieces laying around I'd be happy to pay for them and shipping. Looking for parts 1 and 3 in the attached diagram.

Thanks for your time.

Any reason you are switching to non running boards? Asking as I'm about to install the OEM running boards and will have mine available

I just don't really see them as necessary for my car and I'm not a huge fan of the way they look. Since I don't actually use them as steps it makes entering and exiting the vehicle a little awkward as I'm trying to avoid dragging my leg against it.

After using the new to me 2013 X5 with the running boards, can't believe anyone would want these. Vehicle is not high enough to need a step unless one is vertically challenged. On the other hand, very awkward to step out and not rub the back of your leg/pants on a wet/dirty running board. Very poor design IMO and will probably remove these in the next month or so.
