Talking NEW Wheels! - 21 inch Avant Garde with Full Brembo Kit installed

Finally got my summer wheels and some new brakes installed... let me know you guys think!
  • 21" Avant Garde - M510 Brushed Stainless w/ MPSS (285/35/21/ - 325/30/21)
  • Front and rear Brembo BBK - Porsche Yellow
  • Active Autowerks Flash
  • Active Autowerks Cat-less Downpipes

Random thoughts...
  • Ride is significantly improved over the stock 20s with run-flats.
  • The wheels have a "hand painted finish" with some light brush marks you can see - Very cool, I love the look.
  • Brake pedal feed largely unchanged from stock
  • Car seems slightly quicker - I'm sure I shaved off 20-35 lbs of rotational mass with the Brembos.. The old run-flats were also very heavy.
  • Downpipes made the truck much louder - just the perfect level now

Because the brake rotors are so close to the center hub, they do virtually nothing for your acceleration, even if they only weighed 3lbs. But your suspension will work better with less unsprung weight. It'll be able to react faster with less weight at each axle.

Looks great though!

Looks great, what did you not like about the stock brakes, did you do it for looks. you should notice the power gain from the downpipes with the proper tune

His truck is a regular X5, not an M. So the hub bore should be the same as all other Xs, 74.1mm.
