Vehicle History Background:
Purchased this vehicle November 2016 from my local mechanic. Previous owner blew timing chain guides and bent a couple valves so a M62B46 was sourced and professionally installed. Carfax will say 5 Owners. (Original owner was the mechanic back in 2003, sold to a friend (Owner 2) – friend passes, bought back by mechanic (Owner 3), sold to a client (Owner 4) – Timing Chain Guide Failure, I am owner 5. Carfax may say mileage discrepancy during my ownership but that was because the cluster pixels were so badly damage it was impossible to see mileage. I believed we were close to mileage upon registration but DMV didn’t think so. Since, I have swapped in a remanufactured cluster with updated pixel ribbon and white LEDs. Mileage is ACCURATE, no tamper dot. I have the Carfax upon request, it’s clean no accidents.

Reason for selling: Wife drove this daily, but needs something more fuel efficient. We purchased an E70 X5 35d to replace this.

I have an excel workbook of all maintenance during my ownership as well as previous owners back to 2013.


Exterior:
- OEM Style 87 Wheels wrapped in brand new Conti DWS06 all-season tires. Overall good condition, some small curb rash on wheels.
- Paint is original to my knowledge and being 14 years old has some road rash, scratches, dents etc. It could use a nice paint correction, but it cleans up nicely.
- Headlights could use a restoration
- Hood had a front plastic bra on it that was removed leaving some adhesive residue.

Interior:
- Beautiful Black Sport interior
- Titan Interior Trim
- Brand new 16:9 Navigation screen
- Auxiliary cable in glove box
- Rear heated seats
- Standard sunroof – operates 100%
- Brand new front all weather mats
- Passport radar – stealth installation. Sensors in front bumper and module is in ash tray.

- DINAN Stage 1 Engine Management Software
- DINAN Automatic Performance Software
- Automatic Trunk Springs

Full Disclosure:
- Engine needs valve cover gasket soon. I noticed a leak when I swapped out the coils and plugs.
- The 2-1 downshift lurch is present only when oil temps are at normal operating temperature. This is a common issue with all 4.6iS. In sport mode the downshift lurch is not there at all.
