Lease term 36 months/10k per year. Obviously you can buy more miles if needed.

This came with 333M wheels from factory, but now has updated 469M wheels for winter (UPDATED 1/21/15) WITH PIRELLI ICE/SNOW RUNFLATS. SUMMER TIRES AND WHEELS ARE OPTIONAL. WILL NEGOTIATE.

Installed BMW Performance kidney grilles; will leave in place and give you original chrome rimmed kidney grilles.
Clean CARFAX. No issues.
Non-smoker, no kids or messy adults to spill in car...ever!
Pictures are from dealer at delivery. Wheels are different as noted. Car is in immaculate condition.

There are some extras available that are negotiable based on your needs:
BMW OEM 599M 21" wheels with Pirelli P ZERO runflat SUMMER tires in OE 325/30 and 285/35 sizes (like new with TPMS in place for easy seasonal change)

Thanks! I love them too, but just got them at the end of the fall so the winters are on now. I actually got a set of the new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires for this set also.

Our situation is changing, and the family wants to go another direction. Probably a wagon or gran turismo. I hope someone is interested, but time will tell. It's a great X5 for what I think is a very fair price.
